🤷‍♀️ Where is my order?

Once your order is placed, it takes 2–7 business days to process and produce your items, since everything is made just for you. After that, you’ll get tracking info via email. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder — or your toddler’s toy kitchen.


📦 Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We don’t offer returns unless your item arrives damaged or misprinted. We’re a small, made-to-order operation, and everything is produced just for you. But if something’s wrong, email us within 7 days at mail@bemylouise.com and we’ll fix it.


💳 Can I cancel or change my order?

You’ve got 24 hours from the time of purchase to make any changes. After that, it may already be in production. Email us ASAP at mail@bemylouise.com and we’ll try to catch it in time.


📮 Do you ship internationally?

Yes — but check back with us soon as we are expanding our reach all the time!


👕 What sizes do your items run?

Size charts are available on all product pages. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up — especially if you plan to layer over your daily parental rage.


💌 How can I contact you?

You can email us anytime at mail@bemylouise.com. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days — unless it’s a Monday and caffeine is in short supply.


🧠 Do you offer parenting advice?

Oh, no. Absolutely not. But we do offer deeply relatable sarcasm and emotional support in the for blogs, and maybe a t-shirt that says what you’re too tired to say out loud.
