All orders placed through Be My Louise are custom-made and fulfilled by our third-party print-on-demand partner. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing Time
Each item is made-to-order. Processing typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping. Processing time may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Shipping Estimates
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 7–10 business days
- Canada: 10-15 business days
- International: 15–20 business days
Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order contents. We may offer promotions or discounts that include free shipping from time to time.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
5. Delivery Issues
Be My Louise is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier errors
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Weather disruptions
- Customs or import delays
- Natural disasters or force majeure
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, you must contact the carrier directly. We will assist to the best of our ability but are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
6. International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an invalid address, additional shipping fees may apply to re-ship.
