Refund & Return Policy

At Be My Louise, all items are custom-printed and made-to-order by our third-party production partner. Because of the personalized nature of these products, we do not offer refunds. Please review the terms below before placing your order.


1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of print-on-demand fulfillment, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size or color selection
  • Shipping delays outside our control
  • Change of mind

Please confirm all order details carefully before submitting your purchase.


2. 24-Hour Order Edits (Subject to Approval)

We understand that mistakes happen. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, you may contact us at mail@bemylouise.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee edits or cancellations once production has begun.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a production error, we’ll offer a free replacement of the same item.

To report an issue:

  • Contact orders@bemylouise.com within 7 calendar days of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

Requests submitted after 7 days or without adequate documentation may not be approved.

We do not issue refunds. If your claim is approved, a replacement item will be sent at no cost.


4. Ineligible Items for Replacement

We do not offer replacements for:

  • Orders submitted with customer input errors
  • Items returned without authorization
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Minor print variations (e.g., alignment or color shift)

These are considered within normal manufacturing tolerances.


5. Policy Updates

Be My Louise reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.
